Anger is not normal
Every once in a while we see people at home or in public spaces losing their shit because they are unable to accept a situation, or the way another person behaves. Where does our anger come from? Although anger is often normalised, it can wreck havoc on our physical and mental health, as well as impact the lives of those around us.

We know what is good for us at a given moment. We know that with an upcoming project or an assignment, it's best that we get to it as soon as possible and get done with it before it becomes an absolute nightmare. But how do we do it?
